Congratulations! You’re engaged! If you’re wondering what comes after “yes!” then Full Service Wedding Planning is a good place for you to start. From one-day weddings to a full weekend of celebrations, our full service & design package handles everything from start to finish. Whether your wedding is a one-day affair or a weekend of events, we can help! Each wedding we design and plan is specifically crafted to the unique personalities of each couple and their individual love story.

This package starts at least 16 months from your big day and it includes:

  • customized venue research + selection with planner tour attendance

  • creation of a personalized client portal in our planning program, Aisle Planner, to stay organized and on track throughout the planning process

  • preliminary budget meeting to establish wedding budget with live tracking +payment reminders throughout planning process

  • full event design + coordination with all design vendors

  • customized referrals and vendor selection to match your wedding vision + budget

  • negotiate + review all vendor contracts for accuracy; planner to handle all vendor communications on behalf of couple

  • unlimited phone + email contact leading up to wedding date

  • plus our wedding day coordination package

Do you already have a vision & enjoy the planning process? Then our Wedding Day Coordination Package is perfect for you! With this package, couples can have fun picking their venue, vendors, and design and we’ll be there to bring your vision to life on your big day. You should be enjoying every moment of your wedding day and that’s exactly what this package will do!

This package starts at least 3 months out and includes:

  • email & phone contact starting at 3 months prior to your wedding day

  • confirmation for delivery/set-up times of your wedding vendors

  • detailed wedding day timeline & floor plan creation

  • attendance of final site visit meeting at your venue with caterer

  • attendance and management of 1 hour ceremony rehearsal

  • 1 planner + 1 additional assistant for up to 10 hours on wedding day *additional hours can be added on if needed

  • ceremony set-up assistance and ceremony management

design add on

Ready to take the reins on planning but need a designer's touch? Our design package add-on is the perfect solution. It complements your wedding day coordination by adding expert design services to bring your vision to life. From crafting a cohesive color scheme to perfecting your tablescape, this package ensures that your wedding day is both beautifully styled and smoothly managed.
